Atlas Capital is a division of Atlas Group Ltd., a Palm Beach based investment and development firm that sources and cultivates projects from beginning to end. We utilize a vertically integrated process to streamline real estate development and redevelopment projects based on our two core strategies.


Our strategies consist of two fundamental areas of expertise. The first is developing unique properties, projects and assets that we classify as non-duplicatable opportunities. The other is to identify a need to create large scale, master-planned communities to support growing and emerging markets.



We reverse-engineer every development to maximize the profitability of the venture while seeking to de-risk the investment on the front-end of the transaction. We start with the end in mind and focus efforts on 3 main motivating factors: end product, end return, and end impact. We are an investment-focused and impact driven firm.

 Atlas Development & Design, an affiliate of Atlas Capital Advisors, is a collective team of real estate advisors, architects, civil engineers, project managers, site contractors and construction management professionals. Our robust and diverse team allows us to fully control the process of due-diligence, pre-construction, post-construction, and development.

Atlas Sales and Management is full service -- our guests will benefit from our team of professionals who do everything in their capacity to ensure their experience is above par.
